returns & REFUNDS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING
RETURNS :
To be eligible for a refund the item you purchased must be in the same condition as you bought it and unused. We will not accept any items that are damaged in any way or worn and washed. The item being returned must be returned in their original packing to be protected and not damaged in transit.
If for any reason you are un happy with your product, we will accept returns within 14 days and provide a full refund to you if returned within the time limit. If you request a refund after 14 days since purchasing then we will not be able refund you (stated in our policy).
To return an item a request for a refund or exchange, we require 7 days prior notice. You will be responsible for the product you wish to return or exchange until it reaches us (including postage costs etc).
*Please note only physical products are refundable and workout plans/programmes are non refundable.

Once received, we email you to let you know it is with us and after inspection of the product, we will then email you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds may take up to 14 days once approved and processed.
